Contents

Rainmaker Wealth Innovations, Inc. ("RWI Financial") ("Rainmaker," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

1. What we collect

We collect only what you type into our two forms, plus a few technical details that come with the submission.

Consumer inquiry form ("Request a Conversation"):

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • State of residence
  • What you are interested in (Mortgage Protection, Life Insurance, Annuities, or Not Sure)
  • Your message (optional)
  • Preferred contact method (Phone, Email, or Text)

Agent interest form ("Explore Agent Opportunities"):

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • State of residence
  • Licensing status (Licensed, Pursuing a license, or Exploring)
  • Experience (New, 1-3 years, 3+ years, or Agency leader)
  • What you are interested in (Agent opportunity or Agency partnership)
  • Information about yourself (optional)

Sent with each form:

  • The page address the form was sent from
  • Campaign tags in the link you came from, if any (utm, gclid, fbclid)
  • Whether the consent box was ticked, and the exact consent wording shown to you
  • The date and time
  • A description of your browser

Please do not put Social Security numbers, health records, bank details, or other sensitive personal information in your message. Our form tries to refuse messages that look like they contain this, but that is only a safety net. If you need to share such details, wait until you are speaking with a licensed professional.

2. Why we use it

  • To answer your request and contact you about the topic you chose
  • To direct your request to an appropriately licensed professional
  • To review your interest in joining Rainmaker (agent form)
  • To keep a record of consent and to understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us
  • To run, secure, and improve the website, and to meet legal duties

Submitting a form does not establish insurance coverage.

3. Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in the business's Google account (Google Workspace). We also receive an email alert for each new submission. The alert carries name, email, phone, state, and interest, not your message text.

Anyone with access to that Google account or Sheet can read the submissions, so access is limited to people at Rainmaker who need it. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Who we share it with

  • Licensed insurance professionals at or working with Rainmaker, so they can respond to your request
  • Insurance carriers, but only when you ask us to help you apply for a product, and only what is needed for that application. Carriers handle your information under their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers that help us run the website and our communications, such as Google (storage and email) and Omnikom (website technology and operational support). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
  • Government, courts, or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights and safety of others
  • A successor, if the business is sold or reorganized

5. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. [CONFIRM: no advertising pixels or ad-network tags are added to the site]

6. Calls, texts, and email

We contact you by phone or text only if you gave us your number and consented. Consent to marketing calls or texts is optional and is not required to buy insurance or to receive information.

  • To stop texts: reply STOP to any text.
  • To stop calls or emails: tell us by email at [email protected] or by phone at [PHONE], or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

We will honor your request within the time the law requires. [CONFIRM: marketing consent wording is approved by legal before the consent box is switched on]

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and similar tools that are strictly needed for it to work. [CONFIRM: no other cookies are set] We do not currently use analytics or advertising tools. [ANALYTICS TOOL, IF ADDED: name, what it collects, how to opt out]

If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this section first.

8. California residents

If you are a California resident, you may have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), subject to exceptions in the law:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
  • Right to delete personal information we collected from you
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share it, see section 5)
  • Right not to be treated unfairly for using these rights

To make a request, email [email protected] or call [PHONE]. We may need to confirm your identity first. You may ask an authorized agent to make a request for you. [CONFIRM: whether the CCPA/CPRA applies to Rainmaker; its thresholds are for the business's legal adviser to check]

Some information we hold may be covered by other laws, such as insurance and financial-privacy laws, which can limit or change these rights.

9. Children

This website is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to the Google account that holds submissions. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to seven years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or by an insurance company's record-keeping rules (proposed; pending compliance review) or as long as needed to respond to you, meet legal and record-keeping duties, or resolve disputes. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see sections 6 and 8).

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
